Frequently Asked Questions

Subscription and Payment

We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans. Prices vary depending on your region. Please check the app for the most accurate pricing in your region.

In the free version, you can access one sub-topic in each section, and you must complete a sub-topic to unlock the next one. The paid version removes ads, timers, and gives you unrestricted access to all lessons without needing to unlock them.

All purchases, including subscriptions, are handled through the Google Play Store Billing system. Simply visit the premium section within the app to choose the plan that’s right for you.

You can cancel your subscription directly through the Google Play Store. Open the Google Play Store app on your device, go to Menu > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions, and find the app you want to cancel. From there, you can manage or cancel your subscription. Since all payments and subscriptions are processed by Google, we don't handle cancellations or refunds. Once you cancel, you will still have access to the app's premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you subscribe to a new plan (e.g., switching from monthly to yearly), Google Play does not automatically cancel your previous subscription. This means you could end up being charged for both the old and the new subscription until you manually cancel the old one. To avoid being charged twice, after subscribing to a new plan, go to the Google Play Store app > Menu > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions, and cancel the previous subscription. Your access to the premium features will continue uninterrupted based on your new plan.

All payments, including subscriptions, are processed through the **Google Play Billing** system. You can find the detailed instructions here.

When you make a payment, we record it on our servers, but due to technical issues, this may not happen immediately. If the payment isn't acknowledged and the transaction remains incomplete, Google Play may automatically refund your payment within 3–5 business days. If your payment is acknowledged by Google Play but you haven’t received your subscription benefits, you can use the "Restore My Purchases" option in the account page after logging back into the app. If issues persist, feel free to drop us a line, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

App Usage and Language Learning

You can use the app for 5 minutes every 13 hours for free. After that, you can either watch ads (if available) or subscribe to get unlimited access.

The app will display your remaining time in the user interface, so you can easily see when your next free session will be available.

Currently, each version of our app focuses on teaching a single language (e.g., Leximo: Learn English). We support more than 10 user interface languages for each app, but learning different target languages (such as Spanish or Chinese) will require separate apps. Eventually, we plan to release a combined app with multiple languages.

We are working on releasing new language versions. You will need to wait until the corresponding app is released for the language you want to learn (e.g., Leximo: Learn Spanish). Keep an eye on updates or new releases.

No, due to technical limitations, purchasing one language version (e.g., English) does not grant access to future language versions like Spanish when they are released. Each app will be sold separately, and access is specific to the purchased language.

Your progress is stored on your mobile device. If you delete the app, you will lose all progress unless you log in and sync your progress with our servers. This feature is available to all users, regardless of subscription status.

Yes! You can log in and sync your progress to our servers, allowing you to continue your learning on a different device.
